Your earbuds should work with you, no matter what device or feature you're using, right? Apparently, Samsung thinks so, too. The Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro, Buds2, and Buds FE are getting a new update that lets them take advantage of all the AI the Samsung Galaxy has to offer, including support for Interpreter, 360 Audio, and Auto Switch. Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro. Samsung The Interpreter feature introduced on Galaxy S24 phones will now work with your Galaxy Buds, allowing you to hear translations in the Buds while the other person hears them through your phone speaker. The update also adds a new tap feature that lets you change the order of conversation from your Buds with just a tap. Samsung Galaxy Buds have had the 360 Audio feature for a while now, but with this update, you can now use your Buds with your Samsung TV as well as your Galaxy phone or tablet for 360 audio, and the Buds will track your head movement to increase the depth of the immersive audio. Samsung is also extending the Auto Switch feature from Samsung TVs to PCs, including the Galaxy Book 4 series. With the Auto Switch feature, you can now use your Buds with your TV or computer, and if you receive a call, your Buds will automatically switch to take the call and then switch back to the previous connection once you hang up. This means you can now use Auracast to broadcast audio from your Buds to other devices in the Samsung Galaxy. About availability, Samsung said, "In addition to the latest Galaxy AI feature update, this software update for enhanced connectivity will be made progressively available on Galaxy Buds2 Pro, Buds2 and Buds FE, starting in late February." However, the update does require that you have the Galaxy Wearable app installed on your device. Was this page helpful? Thanks for letting us know!
