Seems like nearly every browser has AI in it now, and with this addition, Opera One will have several. The collaboration between Google Cloud and Opera brings Google's Gemini AI to the Opera One Browser. The addition of Gemini to the Aria browser AI means Aria can choose which AI to use. According to the press release sent to Lifewire, "Aria is powered by Opera’s multi-LLM Composer AI engine, which allows the Norwegian company to curate the best experiences for its users based on their needs." Opera One browser now has a free Ai-powered image generator. Opera The AI response you get when using Opera One will be determined by what the Composer AI determines is the intent of your prompt. Based on that intent, Composer AI will then determine which AI model is best suited for the task you're trying to complete. "Opera has been tapping into the potential of browser AI for more than a year now. Currently, all of its flagship browsers and its gaming browser, Opera GX, provide access to the new browser AI," the company wrote in the press release. Of course, the addition of Gemini to the Opera One Browser is accompanied by a new AI Feature Drop, in this case a free image generator that uses Imagen 2 (a Gemini feature). The conversational nature of responses is also included in the Feature Drop, "thanks to Google's Ground-breaking text-to-audio model," the company said.
